Jay Montalvo is a state-certified professional construction manager and consultant with over 16 years of experience in South Florida’s high-end residential construction and luxury real estate development market. Raised in Miami, FL, Jay has built a career on delivering exceptional homes for his client. Growing up in South Florida gave Jay a deep understanding of its unique architecture, lifestyle, and culture-something he weaves into every project. Known for his hands-on approach and eye for detail, Jay works closely with clients to create exceptional homes that are as beautiful as they are enduring.
